The resort boasts an average annual snowfall of 500 inches, making it a prime spot for winter sports enthusiasts.

Family-Owned and Operated

Pomerelle has been family-owned since 1972, and it has been one of the oldest ski areas in the western U.S. since it began operations in 1940. During the ski season, the area operates daily from 9am – 4pm and Tuesday through Saturday 9am – 9pm.

Amenities and Services

Pomerelle offers a variety of amenities and services to make your visit as enjoyable as possible. The resort features a spacious lodge at the base of the mountain, offering food and beverages. The Slope Side Grill outside the lodge, on the deck, offers hamburgers, hot dogs and cold drinks. The basement offers restrooms, lockers, a full line of accessories, and rentals.

Equipment rentals, ski waxing, and repairs are available on site. Don’t have your own equipment? No problem! Visit the Base Lodge for equipment rentals. Forgot your hat or gloves? Visit the accessory shop in the Base Lodge.

• Cross-country skiers are welcome and the facility offers two marked trail areas

• Food and drink, along with a warm fire and relaxation, can be found in the lodge
• Excellent snowmobiling, including parking and a warming shelter, can be found one mile below the resort
• Pomerelle is open from July 4th through Labor Day on weekends during the summer to offer chairlift rides for a panoramic view of the Magic Valley

Perfect for skilled skiers and boarders or for those just learning, this resort features 24 expertly groomed slopes, two terrain parks, and a vertical drop of 1,000 feet serviced by one triple chair, one double chair, and the Magic Carpet beginner lift.

When the snow melts, Pomerelle’s summer operation offers chairlift rides, mountain biking, hiking, and disc golf.
